PROCESSING TIME:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We use the fastest non-urgent delivery method with tracking on all our products.
Tech-Essentials is a New Zealand-based business supplying customers globally. Orders are shipped from the nearest available regional fulfilment centre to minimise delivery timeframes and environmental impact.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We currently offer international shipping to most major regions worldwide. Free shipping is currently available on all items and is shown at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours of ordering.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:
